Our waterfront boardwalk meanders along the shores of The Currituck Sound and connects to the new Town Boardwalk that has become the focal point and showplace of our Town. At the centerpiece of our Boardwalk is the new expansive Town pier that can accommodate many boats which makes water travel to our complex possible.

We wanted to create an environmentaly friendly project that is in harmony with nature. The whole family can enjoy walking around our pond feeding the wildlife. We have egrets, ospreys, herons not to mention waterfowl, martins, turtles and fish that make this area their home. This is truly a tranquil setting in a busy world. If you desire a little more action take a leisurely stroll on the Boardwalk and enjoy viewing the parasailing and all the watersports activities.
