The three sunflowers located on the side of an apartment building on Spruce St. The sunflower is known to be an incredibly bright, cheery, and visually appealing flower that is very popular especially during the summer months. But even during those cold winter days these flowers can lift the spirits of anyone who may be down in the dumps. The sunflowers show that Scranton, even though it may be struggling financially at the moment, will eventually flourish again.
