For those who already know us and for those who don't know us yet, a small presentation.

We opened the first Bottega in 2004, (and I mean Bottega with a capital B, because we are artisans and proud of it).

The premise was to give the customer something traditional, tasty and full-bodied. Making an ice cream that didn't need any other advertising than the word of mouth of the satisfied customer.

We wanted the customer to linger during the tasting, to pay attention to what he was eating and to push him to switch off, at least when it comes to Gelato.

Years later, maintaining the same recipe, customer satisfaction has increased, customers have increased and with them our shops have increased.

But anyway we are always the usual dreamers.

The Hazel Witch
