The attraction here is the amazing view from the "Il Pincio" gardens right across Rome. There is a long flight of steps up from Piazza Popolo on the eastern side. This takes you up to a long viewing area behind a balustrade overlooking the square and city below. It's well worth the climb as the views are great.
